There's a new contest theme out there, this one requiring the transformation from day to night in your photo...and it has to include people as well. It's been a while since there was a theme that really caught my interest...the celebrity/zombie one did, but I couldn't find a way to drop my U2 zombies into appropriate surroundings. Since there's a "fee" of credits to enter this contest (no big deal since the credits are free, and I earned when Julia came in 2nd), I thought I would post my potential entries here first, and let the masses be the judges.

Of course, this means this entry will be updated throughout the next day or so.
And I kept my word:

And yet another....I think this one's my favourite so far, I don't know which one to go with...

Its difficult to discern whether these shots are better (shots 1&2) or if its just an emotional response. Did you think 3 was best? Remember, your not catering to the sheep here, but artists.

I like how #3 turned out the best, followed quite closely by #1, with #2 rounding out the trio. Hell, perhaps I'll do another at some point throughout the day. If I can take my eyes off my wife's ass.

sheep. people are sheep. Believe me, at times i think some of my shots are good, the morgue shots for example, i have to think this even though no one else thinks so. Such is the case for me here.

Why doesnt this thing remember me? And furthermore, are the folks at the Medical Examiner REALLY going to check out at around 3:30 so they can have happy hour? Or rather, wont it be us, the usual us, sitting around waiting for them? After all, two bodies were found dead at the end of 36th st. According to the newspaper, death has been rather steady, and what about that Trailer they have hooked up?

Well one of them isn't involved in some of that, and the other may not be on call. Apparently the affair is to occur at 4:30, so they would only have to leave what...a half hour early? The joint is staffed 7 days a week. I wish I could utilize their trailer.

Perhaps you could do a study, or have Dawn provide some statistics, those that lean in your favor of course, showing the benefits of a trailer, as cold space, no building required. But....someone is bound to complain about dead bodies in the parking lot!

Especially those in the loading dock area...namely the postal employees. As far as the contest is concerned, I've slipped a bit. The boardwalk is still the more favoured of the 3, but moved from 4th to 7th place. Rome at Night was 7th for awhile and is now in 12th. The 2nd one above has been in 13th for the entire time. (15 entries total). The photo holding 1st, I quite like.
