Small (not really) Sweets

My first home attempt at Apple Frangipane Galletes. Especially considering I had to make my almond meal from scratch, without a clue as to how to accomplish that, they turned out beautifully. (The almond meal was perfect, and now I have some for later.)

I'll take them...I had the most amazing time; I know I prattled on and on (and on and on) about it all weekend. In addition to coating myself with flour.

Oooooooh - I know how to make almond meal - will you share the recipe?
